Post-sales

All 4k projectors and projector screens come with a minimum two-year warranty. In the event of a fault occurring we would in the first instance request that you take a video of the fault on your smart phone and email it to us. 

 

If you are unable to provide video evidence of the fault, then please email a description to us. We will then provide guidance as to how to rectify the fault to you by email.


  1. The unit will be replaced free of charge if the fault occurs within the first 30 days of receipt of the unit.
  2. The unit will be collected, repaired and returned to the customer. 


It is recommended that the customer retains the protective packaging during the warranty period. If the customer has disposed of the protective packaging, then we will send spare replacement packaging to the customer for a small fee. 

 

Report a fault

Service delivery 

Projector screens are shipped in bulky protective packaging. They can weigh up to 33Kg and can be as long as 3m.

 

Our selected Courier will normally deliver within 5 days to most destinations.

 

The truck will have a tail lift and the driver will take a projector screen to your door. If you require special assistance getting the product in to your house, then you can ask the driver to assist.
